Check-in at 3:00 pm
- Down Payment:
A security deposit per room of USD $100 or its equivalent in córdobas per room is required.
This amount will be released on the day of your check out if everything is in order in the room and there are no pending charges to pay.
If the guarantee deposit was made through a card, the maximum waiting time for the money to be returned by the bank will be approximately 30 business days.
- We will request your signature on the hotel’s official waiver.
Check-out at 12:00 pm
If the departure is made after the established time, a charge of 100% of the total cost will be made for the value of 1 night.
Use of bicycles
We offer our guests the use of Bicycles in the Hotel Facilities.
Trip to Toro Mixcal Private Beach
We offer our guests a visit to our Private Beach: Toro Mixcal. We invite you to contact reception to schedule your trip. Reservation subject to availability and depending on weather conditions.

Notes: We offer two access points available. Via Chocolata (approx. 20 minutes). By official road (approx. 15 minutes).
Depending on weather conditions and for the safety of our customers, we reserve the right to redirect customers to one of our two access points.
We exclude our liability for routes recommended by GPS navigation applications.

- Check In
Any person who enters as a guest is required to present their identification and register at our reception.
- Rate. The following daily rate changes apply during your stay:
All rates are subject to change without prior notice. For this reason, it is important that people interested in booking contact one of our reservation agents.
Rates are per night, based on single or double occupancy.
Our rate includes full breakfast in our restaurant every day, bicycles, high-speed wireless internet access in rooms and public space, free parking and shuttle service to San del Sur according to the schedule established by the hotel.
Children ages 5 to 11 are subject to an extra charge of US$20.00 per night when sharing a room with parents using existing furniture or extra bed with breakfast included. Each additional child above the allocated number will incur an additional charge.
Children over 12 years old are considered adults and are subject to an additional charge of US$30.00 per night with breakfast included.
Rates are in USD and are subject to 15% tax, 2% hospitality fee and 10% resort fee.
- Deposit to reserve
1-Night Reservations: A 100% deposit is required to secure all one-night stays in all seasons.
Reservations of more than 1 Night: A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee the reservation of more than one night, it can be paid electronically through the link enabled by our hotel for this purpose or by bank transfer.

- Cancellation and No-Show policy
Cancellation policy:
If you decide to cancel your reservation before 14 days of the check-in process, you may opt for a refund, less a processing penalty of $25 of the total reservation. If you cancel within 14 days prior to your check-in, it does not apply to a refund, only to a rescheduling date within the next 5 months from the initial date of your reservation. If you do not show up within the 5-month rescheduling period, there will be no refund for the reservation or change of date.
If you decide to shorten the days of your stay and leave before the scheduled Check Out day, the hotel will not refund you for this modification. It is possible to allow you to reschedule the date within the next 5 months from the initial date of your reservation. If you do not show up within the 5-month rescheduling period, there will be no refund for the reservation or change of date.
No Show Policies:
Please note that no refunds will be made for abandoned reservations or no shows. If you do not communicate the cancellation of your reservation within 24 hours before your arrival and do not show up at our facilities on the agreed day, it will be considered no show and no refund or date change applies.
- Departures
Early departures are non-refundable, but a credit note can be issued for a future stay valid for 3 months (not applicable in high season).
- Refunds
National: Refunds have a duration of 30 calendar days, since once the request is submitted to the bank, it depends on the management that it provides to the case and how complex it becomes.
International: International refunds have a duration of more than 40 calendar days, as it is a transfer abroad, the company does not cover the banking commission.
- Luggage storage
Guests can store their luggage in case they have to leave rooms before their departure.
Guests who arrive before the check-in time may leave their luggage safe with the same specifications as in the previous section. Once the room is ready, our reception team will let you know so they can be delivered to you.
- Pets
At TreeCasa Hotel & Resort Nicaragua we love animals, however, to guarantee and minimize the alteration of the ecosystem in which we operate we apply a no-pets policy. Thanks for your understanding
- Restaurant / Bar
The hotel does not have room service and it is not allowed to charge restaurant consumption to the room; This means that what is consumed in the restaurant has to be canceled at the time.
- Food in the rooms
The entry of food and drinks is not allowed in our hotel. We have designed for you a menu with a variety of dishes that you can enjoy in our restaurant.
- Room charge
All payments for the activities and services you choose during your stay with us must be paid at the time, as we do not have room service.

- Right of admission
TreeCasa Hotel & Resort Nicaragua may reserve its right of admission when the booker or the guest engages in inappropriate conduct against our hotel staff and/or other guests.
- Room inventory
In each room you will find an inventory of props, please check it when entering the room, since when you check out our Housekeeping department will inspect the room based on this inventory.
- Room cleaning
After 4pm room cleaning cannot be done until the next day.
During your stay, if you do not want cleaning service in your room, please place the sign dedicated to that use outside your room door on the handle.
- Laundry service
Items picked up between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm will be returned the same day.
Items picked up after 2:00 pm will be returned the next day.
Laundry Price: $2.50 USD per pound
Ironing price: $1.00 USD per item
Fill the bag provided with the items you want to wash and/or iron and deliver to reception
Shoes, backpacks, bags are not accepted.
We are not responsible for clothing that fades or shrinks, for buttons, decorations or garments that do not withstand washing and/or ironing.
Stained or damaged parts will be washed without any responsibility.
In case of damage or loss, the hotel is only responsible for five times the price of the service provided by the laundry present in this listing.
- Pool rules
We reserve the right to refuse or accept access to our pools depending on whether or not our visitors meet these standards.
Please shower before entering the pool.
Swimsuits must be worn in the pool.
Only underwear and a non-cotton swimsuit.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
Bottles or glass items are not allowed in the pool area.
Pool towels must be returned to reception.
TreeCasa is not responsible for lost items and/or accidents.
Please wear polyester, nylon, spandex, elastane, speedline, streamline, polydridge clothing.
Lycra, Denim, cotton, jeans and dryfit clothing is prohibited.
The slide area is smooth, use extreme caution.
We do not offer lifeguard service.
The center of the pool is 3 meters deep, take care of your children and people who do not know how to swim.
