Come nurture yourself on this 7 day, 6 night luxury wellness retreat set in the lush jungle and tropical beaches of Nicaragua. Held at TreeCasa Hotel & Resort, an eco resort and retreat space, this retreat is designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
This retreat emphasizes rest, relaxation, and all things wellness.
You will sleep in a luxury canopy suite nestled into the hills and up in the trees, with a spacious deck offering birds-eye forest views and your own personal hammock.
Enjoy farm to fork dining (3 meals per day) in the venue’s open-air pavilion cafe. The venue sources its produce from its own organic gardens located on site. Dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated for.
Experience daily yoga and meditation classes hosted in the private jungle and ocean view yoga decks. All classes will be accessible and made for all levels of yogis (including those who are just starting out to those who are very experienced). No experience is necessary, just an open mind and heart.
Participate in daily wellness workshops that are designed to connect you back to yourself, deepen the relationship with yourself, and guide you into your most amplified alignment and authenticity.
Enjoy spaciousness and down time through daily Sacred Self-Care Time. This is time for you to honor yourself in whatever way feels most aligned and supportive to you. (examples- pool time, relaxing in your hammock, adventure, spa, connecting with others, etc)

- 7:30 am – 8:30am Morning Yoga Flow
- 8:30 am – 9:00 am Meditation and Mindfulness Exercises
- 9:00 am– 10:30am Breakfast
- 10:30 am – 12:30 pm Wellness Workshop
- 12:30 pm-1:00 pm Transitional Break
- 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Lunch
- 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sacred Self-Care Time
- 6pm – 7:30pm Sunset & Dinner
Sacred Self-Care Time is time that you can use for what is in your highest alignment. You can relax, nurture, explore. It’s up to you! Some ideas are-relax by the pool, go on a hike, head to the beach, take a surf lesson, go horseback riding, get a massage, curl up with a book in your hammock.
Tasha Triana is a Registered Nurse turned Life and Purpose Coach. She is also a certified yoga & meditation teacher, hypnotherapist, reiki master, and holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology.
After experiencing severe burnout working as a nurse in the hospital, Tasha truly learned and understood the importance and necessity of daily self-care practices in her own life. As a result, she dove deep into the world of self-care, mindset, and all things healing and created her business, The Nurtured Nurse, to empower and inspire women to prioritize their self-care and wellness.
Tasha is now weaving together her education, careers, passions, and love for travel to provide a truly unique and life changing retreat experience. Having traveled to almost 30 countries, Tasha views travel as a means for self-growth and self-exploration.
In her retreats, Tasha creates a space of openness, authenticity, reflection, connection, gratitude, and growth. Her dream is that this retreat will provide women with the tools they need to deepen the relationship with themselves so they can show up as their most authentic and aligned selves.
